During our over 10 years development and innovation of the refractomcters a zealous and vivid technical team with strong development and innovation capacities have grown up. Besides undertaking our routine technical affairs, they also make extensive communications and co-operations with many customers all round the world, these communications and co-operations mainly include the following two sides:
1. Accepting special order for refractometers.
If customers are not satisfied with our current refractometers, or
have some higher requests or special requests, they can submit their
requests, blueprints, samples, and the things to us, our technical dep. would develop
and produce out the special types and specifications for them within a short time to meet
their local market demands.
¡ñ As to the product's shape:
We have our own product shape designers and relevant mould designers
as well as the corresponding mould processing workshop, they can completely
do a good job at these sides to finish the special orders.
¡ñ As to the
functions:
Customers may lodge us their specific and detailed specifications expected, which are exclusive of ours, such as different solutions measured, measuring ranges, scales,and the things.we can specially make to their orders.

can do for them. The reason why we say so is that we not only have
a rich and ripe technical accumulation as well as a long term of practical experiences but also have many previous successful co-operative example, and it can be ensured that our services extended to our customers in

2. Undertaking the development and production
of instruments independent of refractometers.
Besides providing our customers with professional services in developing and producing refractometers, We can also supply them with the same service in some other kinds of specific instruments. According to ourselves situation, these instruments are characterized by mini or medium-sized electronic instruments, or the instruments on an optical-mechanical-electronic integration, which fall into the lines of laboratory and some other scientific fields ( our products Photoelectric Colorimeters are good examples).
In details, these services mainly includes two sides:
¡ñ From blueprint to practice:
Customers can send us their blueprints, designplans as well as the concerning ideas on the items to our technicians, through two parties' discussion, if those are proved to be possible, our technicians would develop the sample out according to the designs at a short time. If the sample developed is confirmed by customers we can produce for them in regular lots to enter into their market.
With our own product shape designers, our own mould designers and the corresponding mini-size mould processing workshop, it can be ensured that those developments must be the quick and efficient ones, again with the over ten years experiences and deep knowing about the price level of accessories and materials of our domestic market, they may rest assured that the costs of such development and future production would be the lowest ones. Additionally, the most important thing is that we would strictly respect and protect the relative patents of the concerning items of our customers.

market to market:
If customers are not satisfied with some sides on their own current products in the market and want to do some improvement or innovations on these products, but they don't want to spend too much time on these tasks, we think we are their best choice for them to undertake these hard things.
If customers find a certain product has a good market at their end they could also send the sample to us, under the condition of strictly abiding by the laws and international rules we would do some changes and copy it for them to put into the market.
PROCESSING AND ASSEMBLING AGENT :
We have an our own assembling line and a mini-sized mould processing workshop, besides undertaking our routine technical development and production of our own products, we have a completely plenty capacity to contract producing the whole-instrument for customers upon their samples supplied, or assembling for them the component blocks and parts of the whole-instrument upon their technical standard, for these we only charge small labour costs.
As every body knows, China has rich labour sources but with a comparatively lower cost, and meanwhile Chinese electronic parts, accessories as well as the relative materials have a strong attraction either in the price or in the quality. With abovesaid practical advantages, again plus our many years production experiences and a long term of technique accumulation, all these will reduce productive cost in large scale and raise productivity for those customers who trust us with the production of their whole- instrument or some component parts of their instrument. During productive process, our technical department will pay a strict supervision to control the quality to the standard of customers' request, and our production department will also do the best to ensure the delivery time stipulated, of cause, before all those it is very important and necessary for both to sign a co-operation agreement between two parties, in which any terms and conditions could be stipulated clearly in advance.
Additionally, we also have a mini-sized mould processing workshop for designing and processing moulds for our products. It can also supply the same services to abroad and domestic customers, as long as the customers send us their design drawings, samples or requests, we can design and produce out the moulds for them at a very shout time. The moulds we made are mini or medium-sized ones which are used for the sophisticated instruments in scientific field, the quality would be first-class one, this could be proved enough by the examples that we design and regularly process moulds for the Chinese branches of some large world-famous enterprises, we never promise what exceed our capabilities, but we could promise we would do what we promise to the best.
SALES AGENT:
Besides by-ourselves-producing products, We still supply our customers with the following services:
¡ñ As the
purchasing agent for foreign customers.
We wiil search products according to customers' requirements or recommend the similar ones for them, give them the relative technical supports and services such as examining, quality control, production supervision, sales-after services, shipping and so on. According to different requirements, our sales department will look for instruments in China and provide relative leaflets, samples, prices and general analysis reports on the products to foreign customers, our technical department will make analysis of the products in the aspects of function and principle for our customers, besides these, during negotiation we will provide much more detailed technical support necessary, accompany them to visit factories, translate and give any other coordinating services. We will do our best to satisfy our customers.
¡ñ As
the selling agent for foreign products.
For we have our own opulent domestic market channels and regular customers, this made it possible for us to become the selling agent of some foreign products similar to ours. As the selling agent we will seriously do well in the next tasks:
Regarding the products recommended by the customers, we will do the technical analysis for them such as target market reporting, collection of information about the kindred products and comparison of them in function, technical datum, quality, and the things, and do market research such as market forecast, prices, annual sales turnover, sales scheme as well as the performance of such sales scheme and so on. As to the products not suitable for selling by us, we would also look for agents and partners for them in our country.
Regarding propaganda of products in China and relative services, we will provide our customers with exhibitions information, application for attending exhibition, booking exhibition booth, technical and translation supports, besides these, we will also arrange the schedule of attending or visiting exhibition according to customers' requirements as well as the relative accommodations and the travel services.
